04 — Publishing and notes

Every certificate comes with an access code. Your COA carries a number and a code printed on it. Give both to a customer and they can confirm the batch against our records themselves. Our database is not browsable, so sharing your certificate never exposes anyone else’s results — and your testing history stays yours.

Results are issued exactly as the data comes out. You decide who receives the code, but a result cannot be revised or withdrawn after you have seen it, and codes already handed out keep working.

Shipping rules

Do not ship before you have an accession number
Packages that arrive without one cannot be matched to a client, and we cannot log them into the chain of custody.
Write the accession number on the outside of the package
And on each vial, if you are sending more than one. Vials that cannot be told apart get reported as a single unidentified sample.
Declare the shipment correctly
Samples clear customs into The Bahamas. Declare the contents as research chemical samples for laboratory analysis, not for resale, with a nominal value — misdeclared packages get held, and a package sitting in customs is not a package we can test. We send the exact declaration wording with your accession number.
Ship lyophilized material at ambient temperature
Lyophilized peptide is stable in transit. If you are sending reconstituted solution, ship cold with an ice pack and tell us in advance.
Send unopened vials for quantitation
Assessing mg-per-vial against label claim requires the full original contents. An opened vial can be tested for purity and identity, but not honestly quantitated.
