- —Prices are per sample, in USD. A sample is one lot in one dosage form — a vial, a nasal spray bottle, or a capsule batch. Capsule content uniformity is assessed across ten capsules from that batch and is included in the capsule price, not billed per capsule.
- —Lot conformity is the exception to one-sample-one-vial: it covers three vials from the same lot at a single price, because measuring the spread between vials is the whole point of the test. Additional vials beyond three are quoted per vial.
- —Panel pricing is discounted against the sum of its individual tests.
- —Sterility is quoted as our rapid PCR screen, which returns in the standard 3–5 business day window. Compendial sterility per USP <71> carries a mandatory 14-day incubation and is quoted separately on request.
- —Stability programs are quoted against a written protocol — the compound, the storage conditions, and the timepoint schedule all move the price.
- —Rush service (48-hour chemistry) is available at +50%, subject to instrument availability.
- —Volume pricing begins at 10 samples per submission — contact us for a schedule.
- —Shipping to the lab is the client's responsibility, including any customs duties on inbound samples. We do not charge a sample intake or disposal fee.
- —Turnaround is measured from sample receipt at the laboratory, not from the day you ship. Build in transit and customs clearance when you plan a batch release.
